Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable MAS regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the periodic review and enhancement of compliance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough compliance risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities within business operations.
- Support the team in managing regulatory inquiries, audits, and investigations in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding the company’s compliance status and risk exposure.
- Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to internal stakeholders to promote a strong ethical culture.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes and market trends to ensure the firm remains ahead of evolving regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant compliance or audit experience, ideally within the insurance or banking sector in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore insurance regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory text and apply it to business operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and compliance reporting tools.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
