Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead acquisition.
- Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and implement targeted email marketing campaigns and automated lead nurturing workflows.
- Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and manage paid advertising budgets effectively.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets and promotional materials.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business development goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or executive role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot) are highly preferred.
