QSR Brands, the operator of the iconic KFC franchise, is looking for an ambitious E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, playing a key part in scaling our e-commerce presence across our own proprietary channels (KFC App & Web) as well as various food aggregator platforms.
As our E-Commerce Executive, you will manage day-to-day operations, optimize conversion funnels, and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer loyalty. If you are eager to shape the future of QSR e-commerce in Malaysia, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the KFC App, Website, and food aggregator partner accounts.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and generate reports to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and sales targets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate menu management, pricing, and visual updates across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to enhance the user experience and drive conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep KFC’s e-commerce offering ahead of the curve.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across digital platforms to ensure a seamless ordering process for customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and food aggregator ecosystems (e.g., GrabFood, FoodPanda).
- Proficient in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar) with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for digital design and customer experience.
