Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement and retention strategies tailored for the media sector.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure brand consistency across all engagement touchpoints.
- Analyze customer behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized outreach.
- Present performance reports and actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content and promotional materials for engagement initiatives.
- Lead loyalty program enhancements and high-touch executive communication strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and industry benchmarking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engagement marketing, retention, or client relationship management.
- Proven experience within the media, advertising, or digital communications industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City, on a permanent day-shift schedule.
- Self-driven personality with the ability to thrive in a pioneer team environment.
