You will play a critical role in upholding the high standards of our infrastructure, coordinating with various stakeholders, and implementing facility management protocols that keep our transport network running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for routine maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and operational inefficiencies.
- Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all maintenance activities and service contracts.
- Support the planning and execution of facility improvement projects and asset management plans.
- Participate in emergency response drills and incident management processes within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and service providers effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software/CMMS.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
