- Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex financial data sets to support strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, risk, and operations to identify, define, and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of financial data projects, from requirement gathering and design to delivery and optimization.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the data team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of professional experience in financial analysis, data management, business intelligence, or a similar executive-level role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting principles, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business narratives.
