Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the London-based Private Credit team to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for the Data and Engineering teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, credit metrics, and market trends to support investment decisions and effective portfolio management.
- Develop and maintain complex reporting dashboards and interactive visualizations using tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the credit lifecycle and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert on credit data structures, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Facilitate effective communication between non-technical business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Private Credit/Investment Banking.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) being a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment is highly desirable.
