Tuas Power Generation Pte Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Executive, Fuel Management to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a key player in our procurement and fuel logistics operations, you will play a critical role in optimizing our fuel supply chain to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of our power generation facilities.
In this role, you will interface with global energy markets, monitoring trends in oil, gas, LNG, and coal. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze global oil, gas, LNG, and coal market trends to support procurement strategies.
- Assist in the administration of fuel supply contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate fuel logistics and scheduling to ensure timely delivery and storage optimization.
- Prepare regular fuel usage reports, variance analysis, and cost-benefit projections for management review.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage inventory levels and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions, invoices, and settlement documentation.
- Support the team in internal and external audits related to fuel procurement operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in fuel procurement, commodity trading, or energy-related operations.
- In-depth knowledge of oil, gas, LNG, and coal market dynamics and pricing mechanisms.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and Excel skills for data modeling and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for problem-solving in a high-pressure environment.
