Tanggung Jawab
- Investigate and resolve complaints/enquiries related to the online pension platform
- Monitor and evaluate internal control effectiveness in pension operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Document control procedures and prepare compliance reports
- Collaborate with HK team to implement control enhancements
- Conduct risk assessments for new pension platform features
- Support audit activities and remediation of control gaps
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in internal control, audit, or compliance roles
- Experience with pension platforms or financial systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HK regulatory environment advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
