Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily workshop operations and maintenance scheduling
- Develop/implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment
- Manage workshop staff, training, and performance metrics
- Coordinate spare parts inventory and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare maintenance reports and operational budgets
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management
- Proven leadership skills in workshop environments
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems
- Certification in maintenance management preferred
- Proficiency in maintenance software (SAP, CMMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
