Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and brand positioning.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments.
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality visual standards and brand consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, or steel sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
