In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our marketing efforts for our prestigious serviced apartment portfolio, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with global travelers and long-stay guests alike.
As our Marcom Executive, you will take ownership of our digital footprint, driving multi-channel campaigns that enhance brand equity and generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage partnerships, curate engaging content, and spearhead projects that elevate our market presence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive direct bookings and enhance brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across social media, email newsletters, and website platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses and industry influencers to broaden our reach.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational marketing needs and property-specific promotional projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and brand differentiation.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across all touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the hospitality or serviced apartment industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media management platforms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Experience in managing third-party agency relationships and vendor collaborations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to innovate and improve existing processes.
