Kenanga Investment Bank is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Operations & Clearing Executive to join our dynamic Listed Derivatives team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the backbone of our clearing operations, ensuring the seamless execution and reconciliation of trade give-ups and take-ups with global and local brokers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily trade give-up and take-up processes with counterparty brokers accurately and efficiently.
- Perform comprehensive trade reconciliation to ensure internal records align with exchange reports.
- Monitor and address daily margin requirements and settlement discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with the front-office desk to ensure all trades are correctly allocated and booked.
- Manage end-of-day clearing procedures and reporting requirements within tight market deadlines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external broker inquiries regarding trade clearing and documentation.
- Support the team in internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation and clear audit trails.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within listed derivatives or brokerage services.
- Strong understanding of derivatives clearing processes and trade lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with financial clearing systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve trade discrepancies quickly.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal desks and external brokerage partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to strict regulatory and exchange-mandated deadlines.
