Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase funding growth (CASA and Deposits).
- Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth individual and corporate clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide expert financial consultancy tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with Bank Sinarmas' product offerings.
- Represent the company in professional networking events and business community gatherings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with internal banking regulations, risk management policies, and Bank Indonesia guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or funding sales within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, specifically funding and investment services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and build a robust professional network within the Pontianak region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk-based decision making.
