Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase funding growth (CASA and Deposits).
  • Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth individual and corporate clients.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide expert financial consultancy tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with Bank Sinarmas' product offerings.
  • Represent the company in professional networking events and business community gatherings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal banking regulations, risk management policies, and Bank Indonesia guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or funding sales within the banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, specifically funding and investment services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and build a robust professional network within the Pontianak region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk-based decision making.
