Amanah Raya Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive Research Analyst, Equities to join our dynamic investment team in Ampang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial research and equity analysis to support our fund management objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous fundamental and quantitative research on equity markets and specific sectors.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to value equities and forecast company performance.
- Monitor and report on market developments, industry trends, and macroeconomic changes affecting portfolio holdings.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memos and pitch decks for the Investment Committee.
- Collaborate with fund managers to rebalance portfolios and optimize asset allocation strategies.
- Evaluate risk-adjusted return profiles to ensure alignment with organizational investment mandates.
- Engage in regular meetings with company management and sell-side analysts to gain deeper insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA charterholder or candidate preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equity research, buy-side analysis, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, relative valuation, sensitivity analysis).
- Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon, or Excel/VBA.
- Deep understanding of equity market mechanics, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial insights.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
