Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative agencies, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, packaging designs, and digital assets.
- Organize and manage product launches and promotional events to maximize brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a strategic mindset for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
