Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative agencies, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, packaging designs, and digital assets.
  • Organize and manage product launches and promotional events to maximize brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a strategic mindset for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
