The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is the national accountancy body, representing the interests of the profession in Singapore. We are delighted to invite applications for the role of Executive/Senior Executive, Corporate Engagement & Partnerships, based within our newly established PS Centre (Professional Services Centre).
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to drive the growth, activation, and strategic outcomes of the PS Centre in Singapore, which serves as the home base and strategic anchor for the PS Centre network across the region. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Centre's future by building a vibrant ecosystem of corporate partners and stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute innovative engagement and partnership strategies that foster meaningful collaboration between ISCA and leading corporations, government agencies, and professional bodies. You will manage the full lifecycle of partnershipsâfrom identification and negotiation to activation and performance reviewâensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that enhance the value of the accountancy profession. Your work will directly impact the professional development of thousands of members and strengthen the standing of Singapore as a global accountancy hub.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate engagement and partnership strategy for the PS Centre, aligned with ISCA's overall strategic objectives.
- Identify, secure, and manage a diverse portfolio of strategic partnerships with leading corporations, government agencies, and professional bodies.
- Drive the activation and measurement of partnership outcomes, ensuring the delivery of high-impact programs, events, and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for corporate partners.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling value propositions, pitch decks, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners within the professional services ecosystem.
- Monitor partnership performance against established KPIs and prepare detailed reports and insights for management.
- Represent ISCA and the PS Centre at industry events, networking functions, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new connections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in corporate partnerships, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships with tangible business outcomes.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
- Highly collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
- Passion for the accounting profession, professional development, and community building. Experience in a membership-based organization is a plus.
