Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic community engagement plans to increase volunteer participation and corporate sponsorship.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, managing relationships with community partners and organizations.
- Coordinate and execute events, workshops, and outreach programs aimed at senior wellness and social integration.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain a diverse pool of volunteers through effective marketing and engagement strategies.
- Maintain and analyze data regarding volunteer impact and partnership metrics to report on program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal facility teams to identify volunteer needs and ensure smooth operations of community programs.
- Drive social media and digital awareness initiatives to highlight ECON Healthcare’s community efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Social Work, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in volunteer management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or community development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software or volunteer management platforms is highly preferred.
- A compassionate mindset with a genuine interest in the elderly care sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
