- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focusing on content creation and Meta Ads
- Manage end-to-end content production for website, social media, and email campaigns
- Optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to achieve KPIs and budget targets
- Oversee social media channels with engaging content calendars and community management
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights for strategy refinement
- Collaborate with design teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital assets
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with proven content creation expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads platform and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and social media metrics
- Exceptional written communication and creative storytelling abilities
