Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, in-store promotions) to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement for Iron Chef F&B's diverse concepts.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including social media graphics, website banners, print advertisements, menus, flyers, and other promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage and update company websites and social media platforms, creating engaging content (visuals, copy) to attract and retain customers and support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, culinary) to understand marketing needs, gather content, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for promotional activities, product launches, or special F&B events.
- Maintain an organized library of marketing assets and ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing and graphic design, preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content creation best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity, innovation, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms is a plus.
