PERSOL is seeking a dedicated Executive, Technical Services to manage Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) operations for industrial buildings across the island. This is a pivotal role ensuring the seamless execution of technical maintenance, strict compliance with safety regulations, and the efficient management of building facilities.
You will be responsible for orchestrating technical projects, liaising with external contractors, and overseeing the daily maintenance activities that keep our industrial operations running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage M&E technical services for industrial buildings island-wide.
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance, repair, and installation works.
- Ensure all technical operations strictly comply with local safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage work orders to ensure timely completion of technical tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports and documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in an Executive or Technical Services role within the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems (Mechanical and Electrical) and building management.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors and technical teams.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
