Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust TLM solutions tailored to the needs of our global financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TLM platforms with existing financial data systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and deployment of SmartStream TLM modules.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to automate complex reconciliation workflows.
- Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
- Support operational stakeholders by providing technical expertise for process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a TLM Developer or similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM applications (Reconciliation, Exception Management, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or other relevant programming languages used in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of financial transaction lifecycle management and banking domain workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work in a collaborative, global team environment.
