Join the dynamic team at PT Maison Events Indo as an Exhibition Manager / Director. We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to spearhead the management of our prestigious exhibition portfolio. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every event assigned to you is executed flawlessly, professionally, and leaves a lasting positive impression on all attendees and clients.
As the face of our exhibitions, you will drive the strategy behind trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from the initial client brief and conceptual design to the final on-site execution and post-event analysis. We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end management of exhibition projects, including pre-show planning, on-site operations, and post-event reporting.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring strict adherence to financial targets and deadlines.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their marketing objectives, negotiate requirements, and deliver tailored exhibition solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including stand builders, AV specialists, and logistics providers, to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage on-site teams and troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise during the event.
- Ensure all exhibition activities comply with venue health, safety, and security regulations.
- Analyze post-event data and feedback to measure success and identify opportunities for future improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in exhibition management, event management, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing large-scale trade shows and corporate events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driving license is a significant advantage.
