Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptual design phase for various architectural projects, from initial ideation to schematic design.
- Develop innovative and contextually sensitive design solutions that align with client vision, project brief, and environmental considerations.
- Produce high-quality hand sketches, digital illustrations, 3D models, and diagrams to effectively communicate design intent and spatial concepts.
- Conduct thorough site analysis, research, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal design teams, consultants, and clients to integrate conceptual designs with technical requirements and project constraints.
- Present design concepts persuasively to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and spatial planning strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to continuously enhance design innovation.
- Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the firm.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in architectural conceptual design or a similar role, ideally within a reputable design firm.
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual design thinking, creative problem-solving, and superior spatial planning abilities, particularly through sketch samples.
- Proficiency in architectural sketching (both hand and digital) and advanced knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Deep understanding of design principles, building codes, sustainable design strategies, and construction methods.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Membership with a professional architectural body (e.g., UAP in the Philippines) is a plus.
