Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into accurate technical documentation
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and material specifications
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and drawing archives
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements
- Utilize CAD software efficiently to produce high-quality technical drawings
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a draftsman or similar technical drawing role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with design teams
- Portfolio demonstrating drafting skills and technical drawing abilities
