- Install billboards, storefronts, and outdoor signs according to technical specifications
- Interpret blueprints and installation plans to ensure accuracy
- Operate power tools and equipment safely during installations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate logistics and timelines
- Conduct safety inspections before and after installations
- Maintain inventory and condition of installation tools and materials
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site installations
- Adhere to industry safety standards and company protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billboard or sign installation
- Physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools (drills, lifts, scaffolding)
- Basic understanding of structural mounting techniques
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
