Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of laptop mainboard repair experience
- Expert proficiency in BGA rework stations and precision tools
- Strong understanding of laptop circuit architecture
- Certification in electronics repair (CompTIA A+ or equivalent)
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Proven problem-solving skills with hardware failures
