Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on plantation machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical problems and troubleshoot equipment failures
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Order and maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Document maintenance activities and prepare reports as required
- Collaborate with the operations team to address equipment-related issues
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in mechanical maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably with plantation or agricultural equipment
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy machinery
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
