- Alter and repair garments for hotel staff and guests with precision and attention to detail
- Create new garments including uniforms, drapery, and decorative textiles using industrial sewing equipment
- Take accurate measurements and conduct fittings to ensure perfect garment fit and alignment
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, sergers, and specialized equipment
- Manage fabric inventory, select appropriate materials for projects, and handle cutting and marking
- Collaborate with housekeeping and laundry departments for coordinated garment services
- Adhere to hotel quality standards, safety protocols, and sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional sewing experience with demonstrated expertise in garment alteration
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines, sergers, and specialized equipment
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and tailoring techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurement and fitting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for client consultations and department collaboration
