Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process export documentation including invoices, shipping documents, and customs clearance paperwork to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Coordinate with logistics partners, shipping agents, and freight forwarders to arrange timely shipment of goods and resolve any shipping-related issues
- Provide administrative support for export operations including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records in the company's database systems
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing support materials including product presentations, promotional content, and sales collateral
- Liaise with internal departments including sales, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders and customer requirements
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders while maintaining clear communication throughout the process
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support marketing and sales teams in identifying business opportunities
- Handle general administrative tasks and support the team in achieving departmental targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field from a recognized institution
- Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for export and marketing are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of export documentation procedures and international trade practices is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting purposes
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong numerical and analytical abilities for handling data and documentation
