Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for global trade and exceptional customer care? Omega Sofa, a leading name in the furniture industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated Export Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our manufacturing facilities and our international clientele. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export documentation process, ensuring that our premium products reach our global partners seamlessly while maintaining the high service standards that define the Omega Sofa brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export order processing, from order entry to final shipment delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Prepare and verify critical export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing timely updates on order status and shipment tracking.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, documentation errors, or customer inquiries with professional efficiency.
- Monitor production timelines to ensure export schedules align with manufacturing capacities.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in our ERP system to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export documentation, logistics, or international customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with export regulations and international trade compliance protocols.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Bukit Mertajam.
