Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify all import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track cargo status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Prepare and manage shipping invoices, contracts, and related correspondence.
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal departments to provide updates on shipment status.
- Assist in resolving any logistics-related issues or delays promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from reputable universities in Engineering, Transportation, or English Literature.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data entry and tracking.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
