Tanggung Jawab
- Operate tractor head and trailer units safely and efficiently in strict accordance with all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in optimal mechanical condition and safe to drive.
- Secure cargo properly using appropriate straps and chains to prevent shifting, damage, or loss during transit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs, receipts, and delivery reports for all shipments.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and time schedules to minimize risks and ensure the safety of other road users and cargo.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Type 2 for 4-wheeler or Type 4 for 10-wheeler, depending on vehicle size).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of driving experience in a transport or logistics company.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle long hours on the road and varying weather conditions.
- Strong sense of responsibility, commitment to safety, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, overtime, and night shifts as required.
