Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive export strategies to expand market reach in target international regions.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, distributors, and potential partners in foreign markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end export sales process, including contract negotiation, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of export goods.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry conferences to increase brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in a manufacturing or international trade environment.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and incoterms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian; proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by business needs.
