Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and increase market share.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with global distributors, wholesalers, and key industrial stakeholders.
- Conduct deep market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle to ensure profitability and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment and supply chain efficiency.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and budget plans for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in export sales, specifically within the construction or building materials industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing international accounts and expanding footprint across multiple territories.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently for international business operations.
