Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and increase market share.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with global distributors, wholesalers, and key industrial stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle to ensure profitability and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with production and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment and supply chain efficiency.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and budget plans for executive leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in export sales, specifically within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing international accounts and expanding footprint across multiple territories.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for international business operations.
