As a key player in our global expansion, you'll develop strategic partnerships with international distributors, negotiate cross-border contracts, and represent our brand at textile trade exhibitions worldwide. This role requires deep industry knowledge to navigate international trade regulations, manage logistics, and optimize supply chains for seamless global deliveries. You'll analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities in the textile sector while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the value chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for cotton bleaching, cotton sliver, and woven fabric products
- Identify and penetrate new international markets through targeted market research
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and end-clients abroad
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage order fulfillment processes
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality and delivery timelines
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Textile Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in export sales, preferably within textile manufacturing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets
- Expertise in textile products, particularly cotton processing and woven fabrics
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages beneficial
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and documentation
