Join PT Nojorono Tobacco International as an External Affairs Executive and play a crucial role in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the tobacco industry. As a key member of our external affairs team, you'll be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting the latest regulations and laws that impact our business operations.
In this dynamic position, you will serve as the bridge between our organization and various stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other relevant parties. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, minimize legal risks, and identify opportunities for our business to thrive within the evolving regulatory environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and monitor the latest regulations, laws, and policies affecting the tobacco industry
- Develop strategies to ensure organizational compliance with all applicable regulations
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory authorities
- Conduct impact assessments of new regulations on company operations and propose mitigation strategies
- Organize and participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss regulatory matters
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in external affairs and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement compliance measures and address regulatory challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, government relations, or external affairs
- Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in Indonesia
- Excellent analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in the tobacco industry or FMCG sector is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
