- Perform professional eyelash extension services including Classic, Volume, Hybrid, and Mega Volume sets.
- Deliver high-quality nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylic extensions, and custom nail art designs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend suitable treatments, and advise on aftercare products.
- Strictly adhere to salon hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Stay informed of the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry developments through continuous learning.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction ratings.
- Actively promote and upsell salon retail products and treatment packages to meet sales targets.
- Manage appointment scheduling, maintain client records, and assist with inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven professional experience as an Eyelash Technician, Nail Technician, or Beauty Therapist.
- Possess relevant professional certifications or a diploma in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology, or Cosmetology.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in lash extensions and/or diverse nail art techniques is required.
- Solid understanding of salon sanitation, sterilization, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- English proficiency is required; fluency in Mandarin or other dialects is a strong advantage to serve diverse clientele.
