Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of face-to-face fundraisers, setting clear expectations and goals
- Train and develop team members in effective fundraising techniques and communication strategies
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve targets for various social causes
- Build and maintain relationships with potential donors and community partners
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Organize and participate in community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
- Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in team leadership, management, or supervisory roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
