Are you a seasoned Facebook Ads expert with a passion for mentoring? We are seeking a talented Facebook Ads Specialist & Trainer to join our team in the security industry. In this unique dual-role position, you won't just be managing campaigns; you will be acting as a strategic consultant, helping our business owner master the platform through hands-on coaching and expert guidance.
We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of lead generation and can translate complex advertising metrics into actionable insights. Your goal is to drive high-quality leads for our security services while simultaneously building the internal capability of our leadership team to understand, manage, and optimize ad spend effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, launch, and optimize high-converting Facebook lead generation campaigns tailored for the security sector.
- Perform daily campaign monitoring, A/B testing, and budget adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 training sessions with the business owner to transfer knowledge on platform navigation and strategy.
- Create simplified, insightful reports that explain campaign performance, wins, and improvement areas.
- Collaborate on ad copy, creative assets, and landing page strategies to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates, proactively suggesting strategy shifts to maintain competitive edge.
- Manage tracking setups, including Facebook Pixel and Conversions API implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist with a portfolio of successful lead generation results.
- Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor others in digital marketing concepts.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite, and audience targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills with the patience and clarity to act as an educator.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote/distributed environment.
