Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional skin analyses and provide personalized consultations to clients.
- Execute a wide range of advanced facial treatments and aesthetic procedures with precision.
- Recommend and sell suitable skincare products and treatment packages to meet client needs.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up on treatment progress to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure the clinic environment, including treatment rooms and equipment, is clean and hygienic.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive aesthetic care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Facial Therapist or Beauty Consultant.
- Professional certification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent).
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and advanced aesthetic technologies.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional grooming standards and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
