Tanggung Jawab
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems including split units and central HVAC systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in lighting, power distribution, and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigerators, etc.)
- Conduct routine facility inspections and implement maintenance schedules
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Source and order replacement parts while maintaining inventory accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in HVAC, Electrical Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in AC, electrical, or kitchen equipment repair
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, electrical license) preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
- Physical capability to lift equipment and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
