Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to ensure minimal disruption
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies
- Ensure all facilities comply with safety regulations and health standards
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for events or special projects
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and projects
- Monitor and manage utility consumption to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in facilities maintenance or related field preferred
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building repairs, or related field
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific job duties
