In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our operational excellence by planning and implementing comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. You will be responsible for the health of our facility infrastructure and Material Handling Equipment (MHE), ensuring that downtime is minimized and production efficiency is maximized. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a robust preventive maintenance schedule for all facility assets and Material Handling Equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve potential equipment failures before they occur.
- Perform corrective maintenance and urgent repairs on MHE, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated handling systems.
- Manage technical documentation, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to minimize equipment downtime during peak operational hours.
- Implement and strictly adhere to safety protocols, ensuring all facility maintenance complies with local regulatory standards.
- Analyze equipment performance data to recommend upgrades or modifications that enhance overall system efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or degree in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with MHE and facility systems.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Proficiency in the use of standard maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on preventive maintenance methodology.
- Physical capability to handle equipment repairs and work in various industrial environments.
- Valid certification in electrical or mechanical trades is highly preferred.
