Join Kim Yew Integrated Pte Ltd as a Facilities Maintenance Technician and become an essential part of our dedicated team responsible for maintaining optimal building conditions. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and upkeep of all facility maintenance activities, ensuring that our facilities remain in top condition for all occupants.
Your expertise in air conditioning and mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems will be crucial in troubleshooting, repairing, and executing refurbishment works to maintain a safe and efficient environment. This position requires a hands-on approach with attention to detail and the ability to work independently while following established safety protocols.
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be working a 12-hour shift schedule, which offers an attractive work-life balance with fewer working days per week. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of M&E systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
- Execute repair and refurbishment works to maintain facilities in excellent condition
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption
- Identify opportunities for facility improvements and suggest cost-effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- Singapore citizen (as specified in the job title)
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably with air conditioning systems
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and building maintenance procedures
- Certification in HVAC systems or relevant technical training is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions
