Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute repairs on fixtures, furniture, walls, and flooring as needed to maintain salon standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale facility upgrades.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts, ordering replacements as necessary.
- Ensure all workspace areas comply with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and service schedules.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance, building repair, or a related technical trade.
- Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tools and techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot common facility issues independently and efficiently.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with staff and vendors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by facility needs.
- High school diploma or vocational training certification in a related field is highly preferred.
