Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily facility maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility-related services
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions
- Oversee space planning, office moves, and facility improvement projects
- Maintain accurate facility documentation including service records and compliance reports
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and facility issues
- Monitor facility budgets and optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility coordination or operations
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Valid driver's license (if required for site visits)
