Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities infrastructure to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical faults in a timely manner.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Ensure all work is conducted in strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Support the Senior Facilities Manager in overseeing contractors and third-party vendors during project implementation.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from various departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within a large-scale commercial or hospitality environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical or electrical faults effectively.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and blue prints.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, 24/7 operational environment.
- Possession of a valid electrical license (EMA/LEW certification) is a significant advantage.
- Physical capability to handle equipment and work in varied site conditions including heights or confined spaces where necessary.
