Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of cleaning personnel to ensure high-performance standards are consistently met.
- Monitor and manage daily facility cleaning schedules, ensuring alignment with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Coordinate regular inspections of office areas, cleanrooms, and common facilities to maintain aesthetic and hygienic standards.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and stock levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations across all cleaning operations.
- Generate periodic reports on facility status, team performance, and inventory utilization for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in facility management, cleaning services, or environmental services, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of manual workers.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, sanitation equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for reporting and administrative documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and workplace safety regulations is highly advantageous.
