Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all electrical systems and facility operations to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Lead and manage a team of electrical technicians and support staff
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and repairs
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international electrical codes and regulations
- Monitor and manage electrical system performance and energy consumption
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets for electrical operations
- Investigate and resolve electrical issues and emergencies promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical systems management
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Experience with facility management systems and maintenance protocols
- Certification in electrical systems or facility management is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
